Bahan-bahan membuat Mexican/Coffee Bun (Roti Boy ala2)
- Siapkan Bahan roti.
- Bunda butuh 250 g tepung terigu protein tinggi (cakra kembar).
- Sediakan 1/2 sdm ragi instan (5 g).
- Kamu butuh 1 sdm susu bubuk.
- Sediakan 50 g gula pasir.
- Kamu butuh 1 butir telur.
- Anda butuh 90 ml air dingin.
- Siapkan 25 g mentega.
- Kamu butuh Isian Roti.
- Sediakan Mentega.
- Siapkan Topping.
- Kamu butuh 55 g gula halus.
- Kamu butuh 50 g mentega.
- Bunda butuh 60 g tepung terigu protein sedang (segitiga biru).
- Bunda butuh 1 sdt kopi instan.
- Bunda butuh 1 butir putih telur.
- Siapkan Sedikit pasta moka.
Cara memasak Mexican/Coffee Bun (Roti Boy ala2)
- Campurkan semua bahan roti kecuali mentega. Mixer speed rendah sampai tercampur rata. Lalu naikkan speed paling tinggi, tambahkan mentega. Mixer lagi sampai kalis elastis. Kl gaada mixer bs diuleni pakai tangan, tp bakal lebih lama ya smpai dia kalis elastis. Bulatkan lalu proofing slama 1 jam hgg mengembang.
- Setelah mengembang, kempiskan adonan dgn jari. Lalu timbang adonan dan bagi adonan sm besar, bulatkan satu per satu. Sy jadi 12 buah @40 g. (uleni di wadah yg ditaburi tepung biar gak lengket).
- Setelah dibulatkan, ambil adonan pertama trus dipipihkan, isi dengan mentega (klo saya mentega ny dicampur dg gula dlu sblm dimasukkan ke roti) Bulatkan lg dan proofing sekitar 40 menit.
- Buat topping: campur mentega dan gula halus lalu aduk rata. Tambahkan semua bahan topping, aduk rata dan masukkan di plastik segitiga..
- Setelah roti mengembang, semprot dgn topping melingkari bagian atas roti..
- Panggang dgn suhu 170-180 °C selama 20 menit atau hingga roti kecoklatan. Enak dimakan selagi hangat, masi krispi dgn harumnya kopi dan creamynya mentega.
Mexican/Coffee Bun (Roti Boy ala2) - These are delicious and so different- Not really Mexican, they are from Malaysia. It is like a thin coffee butter cookie spread over the bun. When you bite into these the outside is crisp while the inside is soft and buttery. I have been told you can freeze the cooked buns and heat. In the city where they live, Roti Boy is only available at the airport, so it is always convenient to get them as they come and. Oooh I always love the alluring fragrant of this coffee bun!
