- Anda butuh 75 gr tepung terigu.
- Sediakan 50 gr butter/ mentega.
- Anda butuh 1 sachet susu kental manis.
- Bunda butuh 2 butir telur.
- Sediakan 1 sdt perisa vanilla.
- Siapkan 125 ml air.
Cara membuat Churros
- Panaskan air dengan api kecil, masukkan mentega aduk hingga leleh.
- Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk hingga tercampur rata kemudian matikan api.
- Masukkan perisa vanila dan susu kental manis lalu aduk.
- Kemudian masukkan telur satu persatu, lalu aduk hingga rata dan kalis.
- Siapkan plastik segi3, potong ujungnya lalu masukkan spuit bintang..masukkan adonan ke dalam plastik segi3.
- Panaskan minyak dengan api kecil.
- Cetak adonan yg sudah dimasukkan ke dalam plastik segi3, bentuk panjang2, lalu goreng hingga matang.
- Jika sudah matang, tata di piring lalu taburi dengan gula halus 😉.
