Bahan-bahan membuat Churros

  1. Sediakan 125 ml air mineral/susu uht.
  2. Sediakan 100 gram butter.
  3. Siapkan 150 gram tepung terigu pro sedang.
  4. Siapkan 2 butir telur.
  5. Anda butuh 7 sdm gula pasir.
  6. Siapkan Sejumput garam.
  7. Siapkan Topping.
  8. Sediakan Gula donat (optional bisa pakai coklat cair jika ada).

Proses membuat Churros

  1. Siapkan panci, panaskan susu atau air, butter, garam, sampai benar-benar mendidih. Matikan api, masukkan tepung, kemudian aduk sampai kalis. Terakhir tambahkan telur aduk2 lg hingga rata.
  2. Dinginkan adonan, masukkan piping bag yang sudah ada cetakan di ujungnya, tata di loyang panjangnya disesuaikan aja sesuai selera tapi jgn terlalu panjang jg yah kira2 aja.
  3. Goreng adonan dengan api sedang sampai churros kecoklatan, angkat lalu taburkan gula donat, optional ya toppingnya jika ada coklat cair, nutella dan topping lain bisa.
