- Siapkan bahan.
- Potong-potong tahu..satu tahu jadi 4 potongan, keprulin garam sedikit, sisihkan.
- Tepung gluten free diseasoning garam, kaldu bubuk, merica...
- Gulingkan dan baluri tahu kedalam tepung tsb, bisa diulang-diulang smpe tahu terbalut tepung.
