Cara memasak Tempe & Tahu Bacem

1. Blender bawang merah,bawang putih,kemiri& jahe. Kerat kerat tempe dan cuci bersih tahu.
2. Masukan bumbu halus ke dlm wajan yg sdh berisi air. Masukan gula merah,asam jawa,ajinamoto,garam,dan gula putih.
3. Masukan daun salam,daun jeruk,serai aduk sampai gula merah mencair lalu masukan tempe dan tahu.
4. Diamkan sampai bumbu meresap jgn lupa dibolak balik.
5. Setelah bumbu meresap dan agak mengering matikan kompor. Dan siap dihidangkan yg suka bacem basah bisa dimakan langsung kalo yg suka kering bisa digoreng dulu.
